No refunds or exchange on sale items unless faulty.

Due to final clearance custom packaging may be out of stock.

 

RETURNS

Please inform us of any exchanges or refunds via email on sales@mikkma.com.au and state the nature of your return.

Unused and unworn products may be returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase within 14 days of order delivery.

If you have requested a refund we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us by style number and a brief description which item you would prefer. The item from the original order will be returned first and a new order will be processed. Any variance in money will be refunded to you, or charged accordingly. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.

If you are returning faulty, damaged or incorrect items we will pay for the cost of postage. Please contact us via email on sales@mikkma.com.au and our customer service team will organize this.

If you are returning change of mind items, unfortunately we are unable to offer free delivery.
